Returns and exchanges

Since you purchased at a distance, you have 10 days from when you receive the product to withdraw from the purchase (article 3 bis of Ley 19.496). The product must be unused, with its accessories and packaging. We will refund what you paid no later than 45 days from when you notify us.

If a product has a defect or does not match what you purchased, you have 6 months from when you receive it to choose between its repair, exchange or refund of what you paid, at no cost to you (articles 19, 20 and 21 of Ley 19.496).

Write to us at cl@kzmonitors.com with your order code and what you need. We respond with the steps to send or deliver the product.

We refund the amount paid through the same payment method, once we receive and review the product.
