We do not receive your card details: they are processed by Mercado Pago.

• For your order: name, email, phone and shipping address.
• If you request an invoice: RUT, business name and business line of your company.
• Details of your purchases.
• If you leave a review: the name you choose, your rating and your comment, which are published on the site.
• If you ask us to notify you when a product is back in stock: your email, only for that notification. We delete it as soon as we send it to you.
• If you accept measurement cookies: the pages you visit and your approximate city.

• Issue your receipt or invoice and comply with legal and tax obligations.
• Send you the confirmation and status of your order.

Only with those who help us operate, and only with what is necessary: Dinamify (IRON BULL SpA, RUT 78.502.064-2), which provides the site platform and processes data on our behalf; Mercado Pago, for payments; shipping companies, for delivery; and email and server providers, which may be outside Chile. We do not sell your data.

If you log in with your email, you use your Dinamify account, the same one as Global Pass. It is managed by Dinamify (IRON BULL SpA, RUT 78.502.064-2). With it you see your orders from this site and shop with your saved data and addresses, which also work in other stores that operate with Dinamify. You can log out whenever you want and request deletion by writing to contacto@dinamify.com.

As long as they are necessary for your order, its warranty, and the period required by tax law.

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, object to its use, and where applicable, its portability (laws 19.628 and 21.719), by writing to cl@kzmonitors.com. We respond within the legal timeframes.
