By purchasing on this site you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. We recommend reading them before confirming your order: they are always available on this page.

Prices are in Chilean pesos and include VAT. Photos are for reference only and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices and availability may change, but we respect the price you accepted when confirming your order. Offers are valid for their specified term or while stock lasts.

Your purchase is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email with its details. If a product runs out after your purchase, we will notify you and refund what you paid for it.

Card payments are processed by Mercado Pago: we do not receive or store your card details.

Costs and delivery times depend on your municipality and are shown before you pay.

Since you purchased at a distance, you have 10 days from when you receive the product to withdraw from the purchase (article 3 bis of Ley 19.496). The product must be unused, with its accessories and packaging. We will refund what you paid no later than 45 days from when you notify us.

If a product has a defect or does not match what you purchased, you have 6 months from when you receive it to choose between its repair, exchange or refund of what you paid, at no cost to you (articles 19, 20 and 21 of Ley 19.496).

If there is an obvious error in a price or description, we will contact you before shipping so you can decide whether to proceed with the purchase or we will refund what you paid.

Reviews on this site are from verified purchases: only buyers can leave feedback, once per product and order. We publish all reviews except offensive ones, those that don't address the product, or those containing other people's personal information. We may respond to reviews, but we don't edit them.

This site operates with Dinamify technology (IRON BULL SpA, RUT 78.502.064-2), which provides the software. Dinamify is not part of the sale: it does not sell the products, does not set their prices, does not receive payments and is not responsible for shipping, warranty or order service, which correspond to KZ MONITORS LIMITADA. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, in particular Ley 19.496 on consumer rights protection. If you have a problem with your purchase, write to us first; you can also contact the National Consumer Service (sernac.cl).

We may update these terms. For each purchase, the version published when you made it applies.
